For cancellations made 60 days or more before the departure date, we offer a full refund minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure receive a 50% refund. For cancellations less than 30 days before departure, unfortunately, no refund can be provided. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.

For a safari, we recommend lightweight, neutral-colored clothing, a wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes, a camera with extra batteries, binoculars, and any personal medications. Layers are important as mornings and evenings can be cool while days are warm. A detailed packing list will be provided with your booking confirmation.

Visa and vaccination requirements vary depending on your nationality and the countries you'll be visiting. In general, many African countries require a visa, and vaccinations for yellow fever and malaria prophylaxis are often recommended. We advise checking with your local embassy or consulate and speaking with your healthcare provider at least 8 weeks before your trip.

Our safari prices typically include accommodation, all meals during safari activities, professional safari guide, transportation in safari vehicles, park fees and permits, and airport transfers. International flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, and optional activities are not included unless specifically stated.
